Tuesday's Food Auction:

There are no buyer fees for food auction

For the weekly food auctions, buyers and/or winning bidders will pay for and pick up their items at the grocery store location. The grocery store is located at 3001 28th St SW, Grandville and you are welcome to visit the store during normal business hours (8AM-5PM), but the food auction is web-based which means that you will need to use the auction software here on this website to place a bid.

Wednesday's Vechicle & Misc. Auciton:

Vehicle and misc. items for the Wednesday Auction can be previewed, picked up or dropped off at 3119 Ken-O-Sha Industrial Ct, Grand Rapids. Items can be picked up, dropped off, or previewed between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday Through Friday. If you have an item to be auctioned off, it must be dropped off to our location by Monday at 5:00 pm.

The fees for buying and selling for the Wednesday Auction are as follows:

Sellers..........8% (if paid with a credit card or PayPal), or

Sellers..........5% (if paid with cash)

Buyers..........5% (if paid with a credit card or PayPal), or

Buyers..........3% (if paid with cash).

Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Monthly Real Estate Auctions:

Unless otherwise stated, the Buyer will be responsible for the 5% Buyers Premium, the closing costs charged by the title company (approximately $950), and any post auction real estate taxes in addition to the Bid Price.
