MichiganOnlyAuction.com is a Michigan based company located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our goal is to help buyers find the best deals out there on things that are important to them like real estate and grocery items.

Our real estate auctions will be homes auctioned off to the highest bidder with listings starting at $1,000 and no reserve or hidden pricing. There will be a 5% buyer fee and that's it. We are also working with a virtual tour design company exclusively to provide full 360 degree virtual tours of the homes that we have listed to give you an unprecedented view of the homes and houses you will be looking at and bidding on. 

We are also providing a monthly food auction in partnership with a local grocery store to give you unbelievable low pricing on grocery items that you can't get anywhere else.

Grocery items from the food auction will need to be picked up and paid for at the actual grocery store. If you have a special need, deliveries can be arranged for you to make our online food auctions even more of a convenience.
